I moved here in May 2024. This is by far one of the best apartment complexes Iâve ever lived in. The office staff and maintenance workers are always quick to respond to messages and prompt with any complaints that renters may have. I see staff every day in the morning, picking up trash and making sure the property stays clean. This is a big plus for me because previous apartments I have lived at were very lax on the cleanliness of the entire property. The pool and fitness center are immaculately kept. Even though this property is on Fort Apache, which is a really busy road itâs really quiet within the property.10/10 would recommend!
One month as residents and we are so pleased with the ladies, Kelsey and Kara in the leasing office. Professional, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance team has been awesome and prompt in correcting issues. Thank you guys, Christopher and Anthony who maintain our community, keeping it safe and clean.

As new residents we have had several maintenance adjustments made in the apartment. The requests were performed quickly and to satisfaction. We appreciate excellent customer service. 5 stars.
